Data Privacy Policy
Notice under art. 13 of the Codice della Privacy
Pursuant to article 13 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 (Codice della Privacy), we provide the following information.
We at lab-digital.it consider our visitors’ privacy extremely important. This document describes in detail the types of personal information collected and recorded by our site, and how they are used.
Log Files
Like many other websites, ours uses log files. These files simply record visitors to the site — usually a standard procedure of hosting companies and hosting analytics services.
The information in the log files includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time, referral pages, entry and exit pages, and the number of clicks.
This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, monitor user movement on the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other information are not linked to identifiable personal information, so all data is collected in fully anonymous form.
This website uses cookies
Cookies are small text files automatically placed on the visitor’s computer inside the browser. They contain basic information about Internet browsing and, thanks to the browser, are recognized every time the user visits the site.
Cookie Policy
This site uses cookies, including third-party cookies, to improve the browsing experience, allow visitors to use any online services, and monitor navigation on the site.
How to disable cookies
You can disable cookies directly from the browser you use, by going into settings (preferences or options): this choice may limit some of the site’s browsing features.
Cookie management
Cookies used on this site may fall into the categories described below.
- Activities strictly necessary for operation These cookies are technical in nature and allow the site to work correctly. For example, they keep the user logged in during browsing so the site does not ask you to log in again to access subsequent pages.
- Preference storage These cookies remember the preferences selected by the user during browsing — for example, they allow the language to be set.
- Statistics and audience measurement (e.g. Google Analytics) These cookies help us understand, through data collected in anonymous and aggregated form, how users interact with websites, providing information on the sections visited, time spent on the site, and any malfunctions. This helps improve how the sites perform.
- Social media cookies (e.g. Facebook) These third-party cookies are used to integrate some widely used features of the main social networks and provide them within the site. In particular they allow registration and authentication on the site via Facebook and Google Connect, sharing and comments of site pages on social networks, and they enable Facebook “Like” and Google+ “+1” features.
Third-party providers
Third-party providers, including Google, use cookies to publish ads based on a user’s previous visits to this site.
The use of cookies for advertising allows Google and its partners to publish ads for users of this site (and on other sites) based on statistical data collected on this site and on Google partners’ websites.
Users can choose to turn off personalized advertising by visiting the Ads Settings page.
By visiting www.aboutads.info you can disable cookies from third-party providers.
Our advertising partners
Some of our advertising partners may use cookies on our site to collect data on users’ browsing in anonymous form. Our advertising partners include:
- Google Ads (Terms and Conditions)
- HotJar
- Google Analytics
- Facebook Pixel
- Google Tag Manager
Ads from third-party providers run advertising networks that use cookie technology in their ads and in the links that appear on our site. Ads are thus sent directly to your browser. They will automatically receive your IP address. Other technologies (such as cookies or JavaScript) may also be used by third-party advertising networks on our site to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content you see on the site.
Our site does not have access to or control over these cookies used by third-party advertisers.
Third-party privacy policies
You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party servers for further information on their practices and for instructions on how to disable certain practices.
Our privacy policy does not apply to third-party providers and advertising partners, and we cannot control the activities of those other advertisers or websites.
If you wish to disable cookies, you can do so through your individual browser options. Further information on managing cookies with a specific web browser can be found on the respective browser websites.
